3. Venue Code of Conduct

LuckyVegga is committed to maintaining a polished, respectful, and enjoyable environment across our dining spaces, offline poker lounge, and card room. All visitors, diners, observers, and poker participants must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Treat all guests, team members, tournament staff, and dealers with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, aggressive, or unsportsmanlike behaviour anywhere within the venue, including at poker tables, in high roller sections, or in spectator areas.
• Follow all directions given by LuckyVegga management, floor managers, dealers, and security personnel, particularly during Texas Hold'em tournaments and organised card room play.
• Do not interfere with other players' enjoyment of offline poker experiences, including by excessive delays, intentional distraction, or any conduct that compromises a fair and comfortable atmosphere.
• Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations, including those relating to age restrictions and responsible enjoyment.

LuckyVegga may, at its sole discretion, remove any person from the premises, restrict access to the card room, suspend participation in tournaments, or permanently bar entry where behaviour is considered disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the venue's high standard of conduct. Such removal may include immediate tournament ineligibility and forfeiture of related leaderboard standings or high roller lounge access.

4. Offline Poker Participation

LuckyVegga hosts curated offline poker experiences focused on physical poker tables, Texas Hold'em tournaments, and dedicated high roller lounge areas. Participation in any offline poker, card room, or tournament activity is subject to the following requirements:

• All entries into Texas Hold'em tournaments or structured offline poker events must be registered on-site through LuckyVegga's authorised staff or dedicated tournament registration desks.
• Participation may require a chip-based buy-in using tournament chips only. Specific buy-in structures, seating allocations, and tournament rules will be clearly posted or communicated before play commences.
• Players must review and agree to all posted house rules, tournament rules, and card room etiquette before taking a seat at any poker tables.
• LuckyVegga may limit, restructure, reschedule, or cancel tournaments at its discretion, including due to operational, safety, or regulatory considerations.
• Seat allocations, table balancing, and rulings made by the tournament director or floor staff are final for the purposes of that event.

No online poker, remote play, or app-based tables are offered or permitted by LuckyVegga. All poker experiences are strictly offline and confined to the physical card room, high roller lounge, and tournament tables within the venue, using chips only.

5. Tournament Chips and Leaderboards

All poker tournaments and structured offline poker events at LuckyVegga utilise dedicated tournament chips solely for the purpose of scoring and progression within the event. The following terms apply to chips, standings, and recognition:

• Tournament chips are used only to track play at the poker tables and cannot be exchanged for anything outside the event.
• All chip buy-ins relate exclusively to the allocation of tournament chips for participation in a defined poker event and are used purely as a mechanism for tracking performance at the tables.
• LuckyVegga may maintain event-specific or seasonal leaderboards to highlight performance across Texas Hold'em tournaments, high roller tables, or special offline poker series.
• Leaderboard standings, trophies, and points are awarded solely in recognition of Texas Hold'em tournament performance and chip play, not as transferable benefits.
• Any prizes, trophies, or recognition structures associated with tournaments will be described by LuckyVegga in advance and remain subject to change or cancellation at LuckyVegga's discretion.

By entering a tournament or appearing on a leaderboard, you consent to LuckyVegga displaying your first name, initials, or agreed player alias on in-venue boards, tournament clocks, and, where appropriate, on the Tournaments or Events sections of the website.

6. Responsible Enjoyment

LuckyVegga is dedicated to providing a refined and enjoyable offline poker and dining experience in a manner that prioritises guest wellbeing, comfort, and safety. To support responsible enjoyment, the following principles apply:

• Visitors are encouraged to approach all poker tables, high roller lounges, and card room activities as forms of social entertainment, with chips used only to mark play.
• You should only participate in Texas Hold'em tournaments and offline poker sessions when you feel in control of your decisions and able to enjoy the experience in a balanced way.
